ST Disability and Paid Leave a Primary Concern for 100 New Warehouse Employees

One hundred employees in the manufacturing industry recently joined the union. We welcome them into the union and are beginning to negotiate an initial contract. NPWU officers and representatives work with employees of a company to negotiate contracts. These will include improved wages and benefits. In manufacturing, short term disability and paid leave is a primary concern. At NPWU, we’ve been happy to represent employees in manufacturing, warehousing and trucking since inception, over the past sixty years.
